This section allows you to create custom reminders. You have the option for the reminders to play an audio prompt and/or display on the screen.

Follow this format and use the International time.

Type or paste tasks in the box.
Follow this format, the number represents the estimated number of minutes you want to allocate to this task. A timer will be displayed with that number.
