  • New images have been added to represent the brain.
  • The complete process can be done in 3 minutes if we don't use the sound.
  • Added thumbnails on videos.
  • At the end of each step, a simple question was added: Do you feel better?
  • More effective mindfulness exercises.
  • Images have been added for the mindfulness exercises, so no need to read or listen to instructions once used to the sequence.
