In my quest of calming my mind, a decision needed to be made on paying SC2 or not.
After i got a Fitbit sense, I started to monitor my stress level, and heartbeat rate before and after playing.
The signals were clear, a 20 to 30 beats per minute increase.
RTS games like SC2 are fun. I love winning, i love kicking some asses. But I am happy to have taken a break.

Video games and PTSD
Maybe for people with CPTSD it's better to not play war games like this.
Along with walking 30 minutes every day, taking a breathing course, changing my diet, I am happy to put SC2 on the side.
I feel so much calmer now.
